GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We are based out of New York City.

ORDERS

  • You can book items directly on our website.

    1.Find your item, and book your item for the day of your event.

    2. Fill out the check out information.

    3. Fill out the payment information.

    4. Book your item.

    5. When our team receives your order, we’ll process it on our end. Once we approve the order, you’ll be charged and receive a receipt/ confirmation email.

  • There is a $150 pick up minimum, and a $500 delivery minimum.

  • To request a change, please email us at hello@shindystudio.com or call us directly 347. 274.8131

  • Once we receive and confirm your order, you should be charged in full, within 24 hours.

  • Orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to delivery or pick up date.

PICK UP, DELIVERY + RETURNS

  • All items available for pick-up are marked with a “Pick-up Eligible” icon

    Items should be picked up during business hours.

    Pick up times can be chosen at checkout.

  • Items should be returned the following business day.

    Staten Island

    NY: Long Island – Nassau West

    NY: Long Island – Nassau East

    NY: Hudson Valley- Westchester, Rockland

    NY: Hudson Valley- Orange, Putnam, Dutchess

    NJ: Bergen, Hudson, Passaic

    NJ: Sussex, Morris, Warren

    NJ: Essex, Union

  • Set-up is not included.

  • A 10% of the hiring cost for every day the products have not returned.

 

DAMAGES

  • If an item is damaged or broken, you will be invoiced for the cost of replacement value.

    The replacement value is different from the rental value, and varies depending on the item.

 

CANCELATIONS

  • Yes, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event date to avoid additional charges.

  • We do not offer refunds.

    We offer store credit for orders cancelled at least one week before the event date.

    Orders cancelled within a week of the event will not receive store credit.
